When submitting a server listing, you agree that:

• The server does not promote illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or exploitation

• The server complies with Hytale's terms of service and community guidelines

• You will keep your listing information up to date

We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Our platform allows users to vote for and review servers. By participating, you agree to:

• Vote honestly and not manipulate rankings through automated means, multiple accounts, or vote exchanges

• Write reviews that are truthful and based on genuine experience

• Not post content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

• Not engage in spam or repetitive posting

We reserve the right to remove votes or reviews that violate these guidelines and to suspend accounts engaged in manipulation.

HytalePing offers optional paid services including featured server placements and enhanced analytics. By purchasing these services, you agree that:

• Featured status does not guarantee any specific level of traffic or player activity

• Featured placements are subject to availability and our content guidelines

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

• We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the platform without permission

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Collect or harvest user data without consent

• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

• Use the platform to distribute malware or malicious content

The HytalePing name, logo, design, and original content are the property of HytalePing and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission

• Use our trademarks or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

• Reproduce the platform's design or functionality for competing services

Server owners retain ownership of their submitted content (names, descriptions, images) but grant HytalePing a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.

HytalePing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of server information, player counts, or uptime data

• The availability or reliability of any listed server

• The continuous, uninterrupted operation of our platform

• The security of any server you choose to join through our platform

We are not responsible for any issues, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of third-party servers discovered through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HytalePing and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HytalePing, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of HytalePing after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform or via email.

We may terminate or suspend your access to HytalePing at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
